1. Where i can download software and manuals?
In order to access the software and manuals, our partners get the account on our website. The credentials are sent together with the order details. All AKIS Technologies partners are welcome to login to PARTNER PORTAL for technical downloads including documentation, pictures, marketing material, trial software and other related items. For login details please contact us at sales@akistechologies.com or by phone +370 615 59741 .
2. How to activate QMS AKIS software?
The QMS system applications are protected from unauthorized use with the AKIS activation dongle.The dongle is made in form of a USB key. Activation license is stored on the AKIS activation dongle. In order to use the software the dongle must be activated and used at all times. Instructions how to invoke activation window for request code is explained in software manuals. To obtain a licence key user has to send the request code to authorized dealer.
