Rating pad RT02 is designed to be used with the QMS Qweb. It is a device designed to collect customer feedback upon quality of provided service. Rating pad has 5 buttons representing 5 discrete service quality evaluations. Rating pad connects to the RS485 Hub and collects data in Qweb server. Next to each of 5 buttons there is an LED indicator which indicates currently selected evaluation. The evaluation during the customer servicing can be changed. Service quality evaluation is written into database only after an operator confirms the end of customer servicing.
